Return/Exchange Policy

Fresh Ale Pubs wants to ensure each and every customer is extremely satisfied with their Toothy purchases! If for any reason you're unsatisfied and want to request a return or exchange, please send an email to moosebearwebstore@gmail.com explaining the situation. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Your Name
  • List of item(s) you want to return or exchange
    • If requesting an exchange, please be sure to specify any size or color variants for the exchanged item(s)
  • Reason for return or exchange

Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the item(s) have shipped. All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging (when applicable)

Shipping cost for all returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If processing an exchange, Fresh Ale Pubs will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s) using the most cost effective shipping method available. 

*Please note, all exchange fulfillments are subject to product availability. Many items we sell are a limited run. Therefore, there is no guarantee all exchanges can be fulfilled. Please be sure to contact us before shipping back any items for exchange.
